Section 1
General provisions

 

1.1. By using this website (www.adra-trans.eu and its language versions), you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy included on it.

 

1. 2. This Privacy Policy determines when personal data may be collected from Users and explains how such personal data is processed.

 

1.3. The website publisher and Controller of any personal data obtained through the website is ADRA-TRANS Transport i Spedycja Paweł Adranowicz, having its main registered office in Poland, 82-500 Kwidzyn, ul. Szeroka 32 (Tax ID (NIP) PL5811804870, Statistical No. (REGON) 192817640), hereinafter referred to as the Publisher or Controller.

 

1.4. The Publisher reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.

 

1.5. The Users’ personal data collected through the Controller’s website is processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

 

1.6. The personal data collected by the Controller using the Website is not transferred to any third parties.

 

1.7. ADRA-TRANS Transport i Spedycja Paweł Adranowicz represents that it makes every effort to adequately protect all personal data provided to it. The provided personal data will be used for the purposes stated in the following sections of this Policy.

 

 

Section 2
Rights of data subjects

 

3.1. Every User who has completed a form (contact and/or registration form) or has otherwise provided their personal data to the Controller has the right:

 

- to be informed about any processing operations performed on their personal data,

- to access their personal data,

- to have their personal data rectified/complemented,

- to have their personal data erased,

- to demand restriction of the processing of their personal data,

- to data portability,

- to object to the processing of their personal data,

- not to be subjected to profiling.

 

3.2. Please send any questions and reservations you may have about the processing of personal data by the Controller to biuro@adra-trans.eu. The data subject has a right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

 

The personal data of the Users of the Website will be processed by the Controller solely for the purpose of providing services through the Website and for the purposes indicated for every specific service (process), such as:

- using the contact form,

- using the newsletter,

- sending a job application (CV) to the Controller for the position stated in the job advertisement,

- accessing the Customer Area (materials and projects) or blog (selected articles).

 

 

Section 3
Recruitment

 

4.1. The recruitment processes for the respective positions are handled by the Publisher (Controller) according to the rules described below.

 

The recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement may last up to 12 months. This means that the personal data of individuals who submitted their applications (CV) may be processed within that period. After that period, the data will be deleted from the Controller’s database, unless the user (applicant for a given position) has agreed to a longer period of processing their personal data in connection with future recruitment processes.

 

All individuals interested in participating in the recruitment must send their application documents (CV) to the e-mail address provided in the advertisement with a photograph (optional) by the date indicated in the advertisement, including the following statement:

 

The following statement is required to be able to participate in the recruitment process:

 

“I consent to the processing of my personal data included in my job application for the purposes of the recruitment process according to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) and any other applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and any other national laws governing personal data protection.

I confirm that I have familiarised myself with the information concerning personal data protection provided in the job offer*.

In the absence of the above statements, it will not be possible to consider a candidate in the recruitment process”.

 

Optional statement:

 

“I consent that my job application (CV) be used in any future recruitment processes organised by ADRA-TRANS Transport i Spedycja Paweł Adranowicz, but for a period not longer than 24 months from the sending date of my CV”.

 

 

Section 4
Cookies

 

5.1. When you use the Website www.adra-trans.eu, cookies may be saved on your end device (computer, tablet or smartphone). Saving these files on your device allows the log-in data to be saved so that you do not have to re-enter your login and password every time. Cookies allow us to collect statistical data and adjust the content of our Website to the Users’ preferences.

 

5.2. We use the following cookies:

 

statistical cookies: these files allow us to collect statistical information on how the Website is used; this data may be transmitted to Google Analytics, a web analytics service;

functional cookies: these files allow us to save your settings and preferences. Saving these files on your device means that you do not have to re-enter your login and password every time;

advertising cookies: these files may be used by the Publisher or by advertising service providers working with the Publisher to display advertisements suited specifically to your interests (e.g. Google, Facebook or other remarketing advertising). During every campaign, in our Privacy Policy we will include appropriate information in a separate section (‘Active advertising campaign: profiling’);

social networking cookies: these files enable integration with any social networking sites (such as Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn) that you may use along with the Website www.adra-trans.eu.

 

5.3. We save two types of cookies whenever you use the Website www.adra-trans.eu: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on your device until you log out, leave the Website or close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored on your end device (e.g. computer or smartphone) for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until you delete them.

 

5.4. The User can object to cookies being saved to their device and can disable cookies in their browser at any time.

 

5.5. Cookies disclaimer.

 

The Controller shall not be held liable for the use of cookies on any third-party websites made available to the Users through any links on the Website www.adra-trans.eu.

 

 

Section 5
Offer on the website and requests for proposal

 

6.1. No information presented on the Website shall be deemed an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code (complete text: Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121). Detailed information on services, products and their prices is presented by the personnel of the Sales Department of ADRA-TRANS Transport i Spedycja Paweł Adranowicz at all times.

 

6.2. Any requests for proposal submitted to the Publisher (Controller) by e-mail or using the contact form provided on the Website (including personal data) will be used only for the purpose of replying to the request and stored in the Controller’s database for statistical purposes for a period of up to 12 months.
